Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During product launches, promotional campaigns, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your shipping details.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
From time to time, Auraous may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking details provided to monitor the status of your shipment through our delivery partner.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and recipient details entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
Auraous is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier partner, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations.
Auraous reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order cancellations or failed delivery attempts.
Delayed Deliveries

Damaged or Tampered Packages

- Record clear photographs of the package before opening it.
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order and include:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect address has been entered, please contact our support team immediately.
Address changes may only be possible before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
International Shipping
Currently, Auraous ships within India only, unless otherwise specified on our website.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
