Returns

Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are accepted only if:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product was damaged during transit.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrance bottles.
Products with broken or removed seals.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Items returned without original packaging.
Gift cards or promotional products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Product photographs
Packaging photographs
A brief description of the issue

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, Auraous may provide:

A replacement product.
A full or partial refund.
Store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Auraous reserves the right to refuse COD orders in case of repeated failed deliveries or cancellations.
